It’s just another reason why the holiday season is awesome–there are so many heartwarming and creative Christmas performances to see! This one has always been popular, but check out one of the awesome Christmas numbers put on by the Radio City Rockettes.
This awesome routine, a number called “The Parade of the Wooden Soliders” has been performed in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular by the Rockettes since 1933! The Rockettes march around in bright white pants and bright red shirts, performing in near-perfect synchronicity in their dance line.
Toward the end of the performance, the “toy soldiers” line up and fall, domino style and in amazing slow motion, locking arms and performing a final salute while laying on the ground. The annual musical holiday show has become a New York Christmas tradition, and now features more than 140 performers of all sorts. Watch the video below to feel the Christmas cheer!
