Homemade Windshield Washer Fluid Is An Eco-Friendly AND Budget Friendly Option!

Put your hand up if you hate running out of windshield washer fluid! Everyone? Of course. There is nothing worse than trying to drive down a highway in the rain when everyone is spraying you with muddy slush and having no washer fluid to clean it off.

Well here is a solution and a money saver with store-bought items you most likely have at home already.

Materials Needed:

  • 1-gallon water

  • 1 oz dish soap

  • 8 oz rubbing alcohol

Directions

It’s very easy to make! Add the dish soap to your water jug.

Then pour the rubbing alcohol.

Close the lid and shake it all until it is mixed.

Now the mixture is ready to go into your car!

The rubbing alcohol will prevent the water from freezing and it will keep your windshield clear and streak-free!
